How much grease should we fill in the bearings?
For high speed bearings, we suggest the grease injection quantity can be 10% – 20% of the bearing internal space.
If there is too much grease, it will lead to high temperature rising at the beginning of the running.
For super high speed bearing, the grease could be even less.
This is the recommended injection quantity for most of our standard sizes. For different series, for example, 719 series, 70 series, 72 series high precision angular contact ball bearing. the grease injection is also different. Any questions, please contact us. Follow us for more information.
